Remove thousands per second ureadahead log noise: 

systemctl stop ureadahead.service
systemctl disable ureadahead.service
apt-get purge ureadahead.service
reboot

Check to see if it is running 

systemctl status ureadhead.service
ps aux | grep ureadahead
